Planning, and execution of modifications has really been excellent. The making of a loft into a "room" was accomplished in a superb manner, as was the placing of a garage immediately adjacent to the house. The garage fit into the design of the house, is very serviceable, and has been a great addition. Though our communications are limited, we consider Erich a friend, as well as our building "go to person."
